Our maintenance plan includes:

- Upto 2 hours of updates – We encourage that our clients review their website content every 2 – 3 months
We charge $375.00 + GST / year for this service.
Note: We can not provide ongoing support for hosting and email if your website is not hosted through our maintenance plan.
Email Setup and Configuration
E-Koncept provides online email services for your business with purchase of our annual maintenance plan. We can also provide information to guide you through how to integrate your email accounts with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Outlook Express for easy email management via your PC or mobile device.
Traffic Analysis
With purchase of our maintenance plan, we integrate a Google traffic analysis tool, which can provide useful information on where your traffic is being generated.
